Abby Gray Named New OUCC Leader

Abby Gray will become Indiana’s Utility Consumer Counselor following the retirement of William (Bill) Fine at the end of August. Gray has spent nearly four decades in state government, including more than 15 years as Executive Director of Legal Operations at the OUCC. She assumes leadership at a time when utility costs are drawing heightened attention from the public, lawmakers, and the media, bringing deep legal and regulatory experience to the agency’s work on behalf of Hoosier consumers.
